STEP 1:

I send you model instructions

Based on your level of experience, I will send you instructions to build a model. You can complete this in your own time and send it back to me.

STEP 2:

I review your model

I will spend time reviewing your answer and understanding where we need to focus attention.

STEP 3:

We schedule a 1-2 hour zoom call

We will zoom call and share screens (or we can meet in-person subject to geographic constraints). We will deconstruct your answer and develop best practices.

STEP 4:

You get sent the completed answer

You can keep this to review in your own time. The key here is to audit the underlying formula's to address the multiple ways to model the same answer.
