We use a grading scale from 1-10 to determine the difficulty of a model. Based on the candidate's experience, we will help you build models from scratch under time-pressure. The outcome is to build models with composure which are fully functional and flexible.

GO AT YOUR OWN PACE

We will help you build the foundations of a basic unlevered cashflow, the use of leverage, and post-levered waterfall structures. Depending on the asset and business plan, we will walk you through various forms of debt and financial metrics - and explain how to think about and articulate the underlying real estate.

RECEIVE YOUR DREAM POSITION

Using an extensive database of 100's of real-life case studies from pan-european funds (edited, and re-configured), i will help you approach various complexities of case studies. I will support you with all competency and technical questions I have experienced during my own interview experiences, and from experience of interviewing others.
