I want to help you build strong financial modelling and real estate technical skills, in order for you to land your dream position in the industry.

My name is Aran Heer - for the past 6 years i have worked across the entire value chain of institutional commercial real estate investing - including an investment bank (JP Morgan), operating partner-to-hedge fund (Alteris - Baupost), mid-market private equity (Deutsche Finance International), and a large asset manager (Invesco). I have covered single-, portfolio-, operational-, non-operational, and asset-backed company deals. I currently work with my family office (a real estate investor) - whilst operating this advisory service on the side.​

My mission is to help you break into real estate investing / advisory by facilitating your understanding of the industry. I will educate you on the industry, help you shape your CV and story, guide you on where and how best to apply for positions, and how to conquer financial models.
